The key behind eating the right way and staying healthy is to have small and frequent meals. All foods consumed should be low in fat, simple sugars and salt.Proper timing and regularity of meals is also important.

    Hi

By choosing the right type of cooking style, including balanced diet (which contains carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, water). Include plenty of whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat milk & milk products, good fat for cooking, nuts & seeds like almonds, flaxseeds, sunflower sees, etc. Fish, skinless chicken, egg white, lean meat. This are healthy balanced diet for healthy life.

Physical activity: Not only exercise is important to maintain even you should keep you very busy around you like –instead of using lift use steps to walk & going by walk to shop or walk with dog . Do any kind of exercise like cardio or aerobics for 30 mins a day for 5 day a week.

Life style changes is more imporatant like avoid smoking & alcohol (beer ). But once a while & less qty is ok to drink alcohol(monthly once) .
