Here are some tips given below which will help you to eat out better-

    # First of all if you are going in resturants make careful menu selections like order vegetable soups in the begining.Avoid deep fried, creamy, pan fried foods as they are un healthy and very high in calories.Try to order foods which have lots of vegetables and have grilled or baked non-veg dishes.

    # Drink lots of water which will help in intake of less calories.

    # Avoid dressings on your food. like cream mayonnaise, butter, chesse etc which help to increase the intake of unhealthy fat.

    # Eat mindfully. Pay attention to what you eat and savor each bite. Chew your food more thoroughly and avoid eating on the run. Being mindful also means stopping before you are full. It takes time for our bodies to register that we have eaten. Mindful eating relaxes you, so you digest better, and makes you feel more satisfied.

All these things will help to eat healthy food when you are out in resturants and even if you are travelling try to carry heathy foods with you avoid eating out.
