To eat more food than usual you need to avoid soups and fat rich foods from your menu. Soups and fats can satisfy your hunger and you may not feel hungry to eat more. Always try to eat more each time you eat. This is the technique that worked well for my cousin who wanted to eat more food but could not do so. Also do not drink water one hour before food since water consumption can cause loss of appetite. Go for work outs like weigh training or running since these requires more energy. More energy requires burning up of more calories. This can bring great deal of hunger in you.

Avoid fattier food. Because, the fattier the food, the longer it will take to break down in the stomach during the first phase of digestion. The less break-down, the less room for new foods to come in.

Also, eat empty carbohydrates (foods with lots of sugar and starch), they'll make you hungrier and therefore you can eat more than you would if you ate foods with high protein/fat/fiber content.
