Control yourself from pigging out all the time. A healthy meal will include lots of vegetables and lots of fruits. You have to things like spinach, beetroot, cauliflower, broccoli and other things that don’t taste very good. Eating fish is also a good way to stay healthy and make sure that you have this at least every alternate day. White meat is lower in cholesterol than red meat and you can also opt for this. Opt for wheat instead or rice and drink plenty of fresh juices. Eating healthy requires will power and cutting down on unnecessary things such as junk food and sodas.

    Hi

First maintain portion control, timings of the meals , choose the healthy breakfast like oats porridge , cornflakes , fruits , veg juices , brown bread S/W, boiled egg white like this & make sure every should include salad like vegetables or sprouts with dal or veg with curd , Roti , very small qty of rice , any veg sabji , if u r rice eater then choose brown rice or red rice or Dalia because this type are high in fiber, if u like have fruits , eat in the morning . Make a habit of drinking warm water with every meal , have lite dinner . Drink plenty of fluids .

I hope this will help you .
