Food is the primary source for fuelling the body. The right way to eat food is only when you are hungry. Make sure your meals have smaller portions and never ever gorge. Stop eating when you feel satisfied. Learn to eat six meals a day rather than eating 3 huge meals. The first meal of the day which is breakfast should never be skipped. Eat more low fat foods and switch to healthy cooking oils like olive oil and coconut oil. Food should be eaten slowly and consciously. Water is an essential part of all meals and you need to drink sufficient water for digestion. Eat more fresh foods and include lots of fresh leafy greens in your meals.
