you can either take a spoon of it and gulp it forst thing in the morning with water, or you can soak it in either water or milk and take it. you can also make chutney aut of it, it is a good accompanyment with food, you can ground flax seeds and use the powder in vegetable preparations , salad dressings, sprinkle it on ypour meat , or add to yougurt or curd.
