Whoever thought you can actually eat coconut oil. Yes, it’s true. Coconut oil has many nutritional benefits and great for your skin and hair. Eating coconut oil helps you lose excess flab. Use it as salad dressing or as a spread on whole meal bread. It can be used to sauté, stir fry and in deep frying foods. Its high cooking temperature allows you to cook anything with no release of toxins and harmful free radicals. Use coconut oil in all your baking recipes as a substitute for butter. It can be added to all your hot beverages like tea, coffee, soup or hot chocolate. You can also eat it on its own. A tablespoon or two will do wonders.

    Hi

One tbsp contains 116 calories , high in fat with 14 gm per serving. It has saturated fat, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated but it is high in saturated fat so better to reduce the intake of coconut oil in your diet. It is good for skin, hair.
