    One of the way to remain healthy is to have home cooked food with minimum oil. Have a one fruit and a serving of salad every day. Increase the consumption of green leafy vegetables such as Spinach, Fenu greek leaves, Cabbage etc.

    In addition, opt for boiling, steaming, roasting and baking method of cooking. These methods of cooking helps in retaining the nutrient content of the body. also check out portion sizes.
