How to eat a low fat diet?

    In order to eat a low fat diet -
    *you should avoid all the saturated fats in your diet like butter,cream,cheese,mayonnaise,whole milk and its products,red meat egg yolk.
    *deep fried and oily gravies.
    *use a combination of oil comprising of mustard oil or olive oil and some form of vegetable oil to get essential fatty acids in your diet.
    *prefer skimmed milk and its products instead of whole milk.
    *in animal foods prefer egg whites,chicken and fish.

    I agree with you Lenin..these are good options to have a low fat diet.

    Hi

    Depending upon how you cook the food & using of high oil for cooking.
    Low fat foods are con flakes , oats , foods contains good fat like omega 3 & 6 , unsaturated fat like peanut oil , sesame oil, maize oil, soyabean oil,sunflower oil,almonds, flax sedds , egg white, sunflower seeds , walnuts , all whole grains like jowar, oats ,barely,whole wheat , pulses , lentils ,vegetables , fruits, green leafy vegetables . Include plenty of fruit in your diet.
