*Include adequate amounts of tonned milk and its products in your diet to ensure a balanced intake of calcium and protein in your diet.
*As your diet lacks animal protein you should include sprouts, whole pulses, soyabeans and nuts in your diet to get good quality of proteins from vegetarian sources.
*Have fruits and vegetables in as fresh and unprocessed form as you can,so as to get the maximum of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in your diet.
*Fermentation, germination increase the nutritive value of foods so these should be followed frequently.

    Hi

I agree with nidhi. Include more of fiber rich whole grain, low fat milk & milk products, green leafy vegetables, vegetables, fruits, choose healthy fat for cooking like olive oil, sunflower oil. Include sprouts, soya, whole dals, which gives u required amount of vitamins, minerals, carbs, healthy fat, protein. Include plenty of water.
