Get ready to face the summer by bringing down your body heat. Increased levels of body heat can leave you dehydrated and exhausted. The food that you eat has a great impact on your body heat. So include some cooling foods in your diet every summer. These include lightly cooked food or fresh, raw food. Avoid eating food that involves high heat processes like frying and baking. Instead eat sautéed or steamed food. Consume a lot of fruits, vegetables and water. Tea is a great way to cool down in those hot summer months. Go easy on coffee, alcohol and fatty foods. In short, eat cool and feel cool!

    Hi

Drinking cucumber juice or eat raw cucumber can reduce the body temp. Take ragi porridge which makes you cool. Drink plenty of water to maintain your body temp.
Buttermilk is one best drink to maintain the cool temp.
