For a jogger,good amount of carbohydrate is very important, followed by mild protein intake. Have 1 fruit before starting and have proper meal after 30 mins of jogging. another important aspect is to remain hydrated during that period .So adequate water intake is very important. Have Rich sources of B-complexes and Calcium available in fruits and milk and milk products respectively.

I agree with smith. A dit should be well balanced with 5 food groups such as cereals & cereals products, Pulses & pulse products, vegetables, fruits, green leafy vegetables, oil & nuts, sugar- limited & milk & milk products.
