Some people have this belief that eating any kind of nuts increases their cholesterol and weight and so dieters must stay away from it. But it is not so, not all nuts are bad for health. In fact some nuts actually help in making your heart healthier and helps us to reduce cholesterol. These nuts include walnuts, almonds and pistachio. Walnuts help in reducing LDL that is bad cholesterol from our body whereas pistachio and almonds will help to curb your hunger so having these nuts will definitely help you to reduce cholesterol. Having 2 walnuts, 2 pistachios and 2 almonds a day is considered very healthy it will reduce your cholesterol and also make your skin glow.
