You already know that lemon is a very good source of vitamin C and many other vitamins and minerals. It improves your immunity and acts as a cleanser by flushing out toxins from your body. It is easily available and quite inexpensive. You can have a minimum of two glasses of lemon juice every day. You must always have only freshly squeezed lemon juice as it has many important living enzymes. Due to the vitamin C present in it, it is also a very good antioxidant drink. If you do not have acidity problems, you can always have a few more glasses.
