    Very well said Aruna..many people believe that only non vegetarian diet is more nutritious and healthy. But vegetarian diet also is wholesome nutritious. *It consists of fruits and vegetables which provide essential vitamins,minerals and antioxidants.
    *it consists of milk and milk products which provide proteins,energy,vitamins and calcium which is perfect for all age groups.
    *pulses,beans present in vegetarian diet provide proteins and also B vitamins.
    *cereals provide many essential vitamins,minerals and energy.
    So vegetarian diet is balanced in terms of all the macro and micro nutrients.
