You can crash diet by *avoiding your intake of empty calories. *restricting on foods like salads,boiled vegetables,clear soups,fruits and fresh juices. *consuming atleast 10-12 glasses of water per day. *exercise atleast for 40-45 min daily. *crash diets should not be continued more than a week,as it lacks essential that are very important for your body.

If you can afford a crash diet, see a nutritionist for advice, pamper yourself with massages, stock up with natural vitamin supplements, preferably liquid, and go for some relaxation sessions (taking up yoga is a good idea) while you are crash dieting.
