    start your day with 5 almonds and either milk/lassi/protein drink or egg. You can also start a multivitamin multi-mineral supplement during the stress period. having a glass of tomatoi and carrot juice is the best way to prevent the harm to health during stress. eat all your meals on the set time , dont skip any meal . try and keep your eating as light as possible.avoid too much frizzy drinks or deserts or emotional eating. have a cup of green tea for immediatre relief or you can also try to have some cold fruit juice, this will keep ypou calm.

    *Peppermint tea fights stress.

You can choose exercise alone to reduce blood pressure or combination of dietary , medication ,life style .Exercise strengthens your heart, which means your heart doesn't have to work as hard to supply blood and oxygen to your body. When your heart isn't working as hard, the stress on your arteries is less, lowering your blood pressure.
