How can blood grup diet efective?

    Recent studies have shown that blood group diet is not very effective after all. The blood group diet is one of the latest fad diets that have been introduced in the fitness and health world. This diet is based on each person's blood group. A good exercise plan along with the blood group diet has been found to quite effective. The blood group diet is just added to the diet each person already follows. The result of following this diet is quite visible in the first two weeks itself but most doctors, trainers, dieticians and nutritionists refrain from prescribing this diet. Research claims that even though 2 people may have the same blood group, their body characteristics are very different and the effects of the diet also differ.

    Hi


    *People with O blood group should include high in protein & low in carbs especially red meat & fish. You can include eggs, nuts, seeds, vegetables , fruits but stay away from dairy products & wheat or grains. Along with diet physical activity is very important.
    *People with A blood group can have more of vegetarian diet but still avoid dairy products. Your diet should include nuts, beans, seeds, cereals, grains, fruits & vegetables. Exercise is more important like yoga & golf.
    *People With B group were enjoyed lots of different types of foods, thus only few foods are avoided from B blood group. They can include well balanced diet which consist of cereals, grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, fish & meat. More suitable sports are swimming or tennis.
    *People with AB blood group consists the more of vegetarian & occasionally non-veg with very small qty of meat, fish, & dairy products.

    Normally it works for few people not for all because some of studies show that 8 out of 10 reports that the results of the blood types of diet. The four blood group types stress every individual having his own or her own needs.
