*People with O blood group should include high in protein & low in carbs especially red meat & fish. You can include eggs, nuts, seeds, vegetables , fruits but stay away from dairy products & wheat or grains. Along with diet physical activity is very important.
*People with A blood group can have more of vegetarian diet but still avoid dairy products. Your diet should include nuts, beans, seeds, cereals, grains, fruits & vegetables. Exercise is more important like yoga & golf.
*People With B group were enjoyed lots of different types of foods, thus only few foods are avoided from B blood group. They can include well balanced diet which consist of cereals, grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, fish & meat. More suitable sports are swimming or tennis.
*People with AB blood group consists the more of vegetarian & occasionally non-veg with very small qty of meat, fish, & dairy products.
