You can eat fruits at any time. Many people eat fruits as breakfast as they believe that they get the best nutrition from them. They are ideal when you are on a diet and you don’t have to worry about being hungry. Fruits are a good plan for lunch as well and they fill your stomach more than you think. Add fruits to your ice creams if you like and make them taste even better. If you want to eat a light dinner, then fruits are the best option. They help in weight loss and you will be able to maintain shape.

    Hi

The best time to eat fruits is in the morning in empty stomach. Most people are include fruits in their breakfast or midmorning. Thats fine but don't take after evening or along with meals or after immediate meals. Because it affects the digestion.

Very true. it is inappropriate to eat fruits immediately after the meal. In general, it is better to eat fruits one hour before the meal or two hours after the meal.if you eat fruits after the meal, the fruits will be easy to block the stomach with other food, which will lead to flatulence, constipation and other symptoms. This can bring adverse effects on the digestive function.
