    Well this I guess you need for your diet chart. These foods are the best for you if you are on a resolution to start a dieting session. Being proteins they won't add further to your hard earned tires! They will provide you with more energy and accumulating fewer calories. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins which can be classified as essential and non essential results from body metabolism. Food stuffs enriched with proteins and amino have high biological value. It's the animal world that provides with these eatables. Meat, poultry items, yogurt, cheese and fish all have high biological protein value so are the dishes made of these products.

    When a protein contains the essential amino acids in proportion similar to that required by humans are called as high biological protein & complete protein. Examples for high biological protein are animal source like meat, fish, milk, egg, etc.
