    Really nice healthy options to start with. But, can any one tell me if fermented food items like idli, dhokla, et are healthy to have ?

    Hi bhavini,

    No doubt, steamed food very healthy & easily digestible. It is best for children, older & for all.

    you can include buttermilk, vegetable juice, bhel with vegetables, egg white boiled, egg white omlette, steamed corn, steamed groundnut, brown bread S/W, multigrain snacks.
