Sure sara, But only 3 meals is good to have in a day. One should include 5-6small meal - 3 main meals(breakfast, lunch, dinner) 2 healthy snack(mid morning snack & evening snacks).
Breakfast is a important meal in a day so start with healthy & high fiber breakfast such as whole grains , brown bread, fruits ,high fiber breakfast cereals, Skimmed milk,boiled , egg white bhujji, egg white S/W, Oats idli , oats porridge , Dalia porridge,Onion poha , etc.
Lunch starts with veg salads or veg soup or drink 1 glass of warm water- add roti-2 with veg sabji + dry veg curry+low fat curd or roti-1 with veg sabji + rice- small cup+ dry veg sabji+ low fat curd or dalia with sabji +veg salad or brown rice with sabji, etc.
Dinner - same as breakfast or lunch but avoid heavy dinner & rice.
After every meal include 1 glass of warm water
