How do I plan out a Healthy Diet Schedule?

    You don't need to specifically plan out a daily schedule. I think a weekly schedule makes more sense. That is what I do. I just learnt to use excel, so I use this as my planner. I set weekly targets and also decide on the foods that I'm going to eat that particular week. At the end of the week I measure my performance and see if it's working. This way you give your diet some time to work and you can also make necessary changes to the schedule if required. A daily schedule sort of defies the point of a diet plan I think.

    Any meal you eat, whether at home or while out should consist of all the basic food groups, balancing proteins, starches, greens and vegetables is a key factor to a healthy diet. Your body needs all the different food groups in order to function properly, by balancing your meals you are ensuring your health and the quality of your life. Avoiding fatty foods and food with high quantities of sugar is also very important. Choose baked food instead of fried food, and adopt this healthier alternative when cooking at home as well.
    Non veg - choose fish , egg white , lean meat , chicken , Cooking style is also every important -baked , grilled , steamed , micro-oven cooking.
