Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You could land up with a severe health problem if you skip your breakfast. Make it a habit to include healthy food for breakfast. You can incorporate cereals, yoghurt, fruit salads, nuts, eggs and many of the other nutritional foods. I can quote a few breakfast statistics:
    • A study proves that teen mothers who had breakfast consumed fewer calories.
    • People who have breakfast regularly have lower chances of acquiring type 2 diabetes.
    • People who skip breakfast tend to have higher cholesterol levels and gain weight faster.
    • Kids who eat breakfast are not prone to obesity.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It considered in simple terms it is also said as break the fast. The gap between the dinner and breakfast is long and if the breakfast is skipped our brain may get required glucose thus affecting its functioning.A healthy breakfast is essential .It should contain all the nutrients in balanced amounts. Generally a breakfast tends to be rich in cereals, moderate in protein and low in fat with small amount of fiber. Skipping a breakfast can make a person drowsy and lethargic and have a slower reaction time.
So u can include more nutritional breakfast:Choose Fruit for Breakfast. Fruit gives you fiber. Fresh fruit is the best choice. Eat High Fiber Hot Cereal like oats porridge , multi-grain biscuits , multi-grain bread toast , corn flakes with hot skimmed milk,Egg white boiled , egg white omlette , Vegetable salad , oats upma.

Many studies proved that who eating proper breakfast can prevent weigh gain, maintain the metabolism.
