    Onion prevents from heat strokes in summer .So, in summers, raw onion is a must in salads.

    thanks for updating such valuable information about onion,many people on diabetes only keep on taking higher dose of insulin to avoid increase blood glucose level without knowing the contribution of allyl propyl disulfide (content of onion),which even can help them to regulate.great job.keep updating.all the best
