Peppers generally are believed to have immense health benefits and they have been part of the medicinal family in indigenous cultures around the world.
    • The capsaicin is believed to help prevent the clogging in arteries and so is beneficial to the heart.
    • The heat of the banana peppers contributes to enhance the body temperature and so are ideal winter foods.
•The increased body temperature in turn helps in improving the metabolism, thereby indirectly contributing to general weight loss.
•They are very versatile and can be eaten raw in salads or can be baked, stuffed, fried, etc to suit every mood and occasion.
