Hormones are present in all our bodies, but you need to control its levels, so there are many food items which you can rely to do so. Soybeans, licorice, kudzu, alfalfa, black cohosh, red cloves etc are some of them. They act in a dual way as they act directly on the estrogen receptors and also on the enzymes that metabolize them. Beans are also great for controlling hormones as they keep the animal hormones, because if you are a meat eater on a regular basis then please have beans, soya beans etc for at least twice a week.
