    a. Boost immune system.
    b. Helps to lose weight.
    c. Lower stress and hypertension.
    d. Increases stamina.
    e. Improves mental capacity.
    f. Improves mood, joy, and happiness.
    g. Maintains healthy digestive system.
    h. Improves your sleep.
    Good carb diets includes
    a. Sea foods, meat, and eggs.
    b. Under fruits you can take lime or lemon juice, strawberries, and coconut.
    c. Crucifiers including broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower.
    d. Vegetables like cucumber, lettuce, and mushrooms.
    e. Artichokes, beets, and asparagus. They also work as liver healers.
    f. Decaffeinated coffee.
    g. Garlic and sugar free dishes.

    Good source of carbohydrates are vegetables, fruits, whole grains cereals, oats & oatmeals, brown rice, yams, lentils, whole grain bread, whole grain pitas, etc.
