yes probably you would. but if you are following this diet, i am sure you must be aware tht these diet works for a short time, as you cannot follow this for a long time, hence if you are doing this diet, please make sure that you are exercing enuf and dunt immediately resume to the normal diet, or you ll gain the lost weight again, and recycled weight is even harder to lose. try restricting your calories to 1000 - 1200 / day.
but as far as possible try an avoid such crash dieting courses, and have properly planned low calorie balanced diets for a long term effect !!
