    HI Neha singh

Foods to avoid for gall stones: All animal fats like meat, pork, beef, butter, etc. Whole fat dairy products such as whole milk, cheese, ghee, etc. Deep fried foods such as chips, etc. Hydrogenated oils & fats such as mayonnaise & margarine. Refined carbohydrates such as white flour, cakes, pastries, corns. Carbonated beverages such as sodas, colas. High sugar foods like sweet , chocolates, etc. Alcohol, especially cocktails & hard liquors.

I agree with you Sujeetha..Foods high in saturated fats, cholesterol, deep fried foods, thick oily gravies, bakery and confectionery foods should be completely avoided. Daily vegetable oil intake should be not more than 4-5 tsp a day.
