Of course! Apples are one of the best fruits going around and they have several different properties. I make it a point to feed my son an apple every day before he goes to school. Apples taste really good so children usually don't have a problem eating them. Apples are ideal for fruits salads as well. Apples juices also make for a refreshing energy giving drink. Apples reduce the risk of lung cancer, prostate cancer and colon cancer. They aid in weight loss as well. Apples help in controlling cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Hope that helps!
