Many doctors suggest that packaged foods should come with the nutrition information labels. When it comes to fried foods it is definitely needed. A lot of people these days are health conscious and prefer to avoid fried and junk food. Many people are not aware of the fat content in packaged foods. People suffering from cholesterol, obesity and other heart diseases need to avoid fatty foods. If packaged foods come with warnings, though you might be tempted to pick up a pack of fried wafers, you can avoid consuming it by seeing the warning label. Since I am on a weight loss diet, I always check the labels.

Fried foods are filled with full of calories, unhealthy calories, lack of vitamins, minerals & fibers. Regular intake of fried foods can leads to many health problems like over weight, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, etc. Once a while like monthly or more than month, you can have but qty should be limited.
