Can you suggest Foods To Heal Shin Splints?

    No, there are no specific food items I can suggest which would heal shin splints. Although there are things such as calcium or magnesium which would help in relaxing your muscles during such a situation. Also flax seeds help a lot as they clear the lactic acid from your muscles and thus help relieve your from the pain. There are also other ways to heal it like wrapping your leg with a paste of ginger, turmeric and olive oil. This paste would help reduce the swelling in the leg. Before that make sure you keep your leg for say half hour into a bucket of ice.
