If you have hormonal imbalance it's important to get them regulated otherwise you will end up have various complications. There are medications to regulate hormone imbalance but you can also do it with foods. Eating the right type of foods helps regulate hormones. Avoid eating foods high in fats and processed foods like packaged foods, cookies, white bread, hot dogs and pre- frozen meats. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet either as salads or juices. Drink lots of water nothing short of three liters a day. Include fish like mackerel, salmon and tuna in your diet or if you don't like fish, try fish oil supplements, and switch to hormone free dairy products.
