Liver is the one of the most important functional organ in our human body. it is often referred to as the' Engine of the body'. The liver plays a vital role in digesting, metabolizing and manufacturing essential enzymes. Liver also store important vitamins and minerals present within our body. Fried foods, turmeric, red chilies, spicy food, oils, excessive alcohol consumption (damages or scares permanently liver cells causing cirrhosis), high intake of carbohydrates, fats (like red meat consumption) and protein all can lower liver enzymes enabling liver to perform. Hence caring for liver that is by eating a good healthy diet (including vegetables and fruits), drinking plenty of water, exercising and avoiding things that can cause liver damage is getting a new healthy life.

To lower liver enzymes try to avoid fatty, greasy foods, sugar and other foods that harm the system and be rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, juice and plenty of water to keep your system healthy and fighting fit. Avoid, or strictly limit, alcohol consumption. More than one drink of alcohol per day can cause a significant rise in liver enzymes.
However, in addition to following a strict diet to lower liver enzymes, it is also necessary to set up a workout regime, which includes at least half an hour of exercising each day.
