My mother told me to drink my glass of milk everyday and I never listened. Now I have a calcium deficiency problem. Moral of the story is' listen to your parents'. :) Dairy based products are the best natural calcium rich products available to us. Milk, butter, cheese and ghee are rich in calcium and they are completely organic. Calcium is essential for the proper functioning of the body and one has to have a regular and solid intake. Yoghurts and eggs are also rich in calcium. Oh, I almost forgot, don't forget the eggnog for Christmas, that helps too. :)

    Hi

Its true sara. Especially for girl calcium is very important. One should drink 250-300ml of skimmed milk in a day- this will helps to increase calcium. Along with milk, green leafy vegetables, low fat milk products, eggs, nuts, spices, some of cereals & dals, etc. Mentioned foods are good in calcium which helps to maintain the calcium disorders.
