Calcium is very essential for bones and eating calcium rich foods can help you in maintaining your bones. Green and leafy vegetables are always a good bet, and you can opt for these in order to ensure that your bones remain healthy. Include kale, broccoli, and spinach regularly as these will charge the body up with vitamin K, which helps in increasing bone density. Sesame seeds are shown to have been good for bone health, and these can prove to be useful as they contain high levels of calcium. Milk products are also essential as milk is rich in calcium.

    Hi

Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body. It is essential for the development and maintenance of strong bones and teeth, the location of about 99% of the body's calcium. It is probably best known for its effects in preventing osteoporosis. milk, yogurt, and cheese.
Vegetables and greens: Many vegetables, especially leafy green ones, are rich sources of calcium. Try turnip greens, mustard greens, collard greens, kale, romaine lettuce, celery, broccoli, fennel, cabbage, summer squash, green beans, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, and crimini mushrooms.

The body needs vitamin D to absorb calcium. Without enough vitamin D, one can't form enough of the hormone calcitriol .
