    hi sushmita,

yes scintifically therer is nothing wrong in thi combination, except for the protein digestibily part. all the above mentioned food are gud sources of protein, and hence when 2 or more types of protein are eaten together, they may cause digestibility problem. but if u have tried this and didnt really face a problem, and you are in the right age where digestive capacity is gud , this combination is fine.

Thanks for the quick response Payal. This is actually for my daughter who is 10 years old. She eats a combination of nuts - almonds, pistas, walnuts, raisins and dates - a few pieces of each along with an egg and a glass of milk before she leaves to school. She has on a couple of occasions complained of a tummy ache in the morning so I just wondered whether it had anything to do with what she was eating. Otherwise she has had no other problem.

    hey sushmita,

she is quiet young to be able to digest all of this.... the best possible way is give her nuts and dry fruits a little early.. and then after ome time gap you can give her an egg ... and if possible allow some time between egg and milk too ... it depends on her school time though ... see if this is possible.

Eating right in a combination is always good for health, first and foremost do not mix rice with roti which means either eat roti only with curries or eat only rice. Dessert or sweet should be taken after half an hour from the completion of the meal. Do not take fruit juices instead of that have fruit on whole and combination of fruits is also not advisable.
