    Add this also, Jamun is one of purple colored fruits & healthy, it has many health benefits. This fruit used to treat diabetes, diarrhoea and ringworm.

    Radish is white colored vegetables, it is vitamin C rich vegetables. It is more beneficial vegetable, helpful for teeth , gums, nerves, hair & nails. It stimulates appetite, Helps to reduce weight & gall stones. Helps in Tb & UTI.

    Guava & green apple are green colored fruits which many health benefits. Guava helps to treat diarrhea, constipation, cough, cold, skin care, high blood pressure, scurvy, & weight loss.
    Green apple is also like guava ,it is rich in fibers which helps in relives constipation , reduces the skin probs, treat to blood pressure, etc.
