Flour with low carbs for dieting

Hi,
I am just looking for options to make healthy roti but with low carbs [I am on a low carb diet as suggested by my physician]. I was reading on the internet abt low carb flour and it said to use almond flour - have never tried this. I need an option from Ragi / Wheat / Jowar /Bajra. Which of these can be used to still get high nutriets with low carbs. Please suggest and thans in advance.

    Are you looking weight loss, Almonds flour is healthy but you can't do roti by using only almonds flour, wheat flour is best option & low carbs flour, add soya flour or oats or bran to increase ur fiber intake. Ragi, jowar, bajra are also good options , you can take in ur diet. Four option are also helpful for weight loss & maintains ur health as well. BUt make sure you should use only limited amount oil- 3tsp in a day. Take different type of roti like onion roti, mint roti, veg mix roti, methi roti & spinach roti, carrot roti, radish roti, etc. This will increase ur nutrients & fibers to you.
