If you eat fast food then there is a good chance that you will get obese. My son became addicted to burgers and he put on five kilos in two months. Burgers and pizzas are not exactly junk food but they are high on cholesterol and they will help you put on weight. Recent studies have shown a direct link between junk food and obesity in many countries around the world. Foods that are fried will also make you put on weight. Try and avoid fried chicken and fish, no matter how tasty and they might look. Hope that helps!

No doubt, Fast food is one of the reason for obese, Fast food is loaded with calories from refined sugar and fats ,especially, the saturated and hydrogenated fats, which are repeatedly reheated to high temperatures for frying purposes. It is also very high in sodium(common salt) and other additives. Most important fast food is deficient in dietary fiber and essential micro-nutrients like vitamins and minerals. By eating fast food regularly You will get major risk factor like obesity, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, and even many types of cancers.
