    Stress,lack of physical activity, irregular meal timings, improper sleep and water intake, foods with high fat and spices and low fiber contribute in disturbing your digestive system.One should be careful about them..if he/she is suffering from digestive disorder.

    Nice article & i agree with shikha. Even eating habits(fast eating without proper chew) are also reason for digestive problem.
