There are several things that you can eat before or after a workout. If you want to lose weigh then you must make sure that you don't eat too much before you workout. But at the same time you have to make sure that you have the sufficient energy to workout. You can opt for eggs during your workout program. Drinking raw eggs is ideal before a workout. If this is too gross then you can opt for a boiled egg or a poached egg. Also drink milk and plenty of water before you start your workout. You can eat a few protein bars after the workout.

If you asking about the food to eat after or before ur workout. It is more important to eat before & after ur workout- Eat any complex carbs which is fruits, fresh fruits juice, whole grain cereal, egg white boiled, egg white bhurji, milk & milk products, buttermilk, tender coconut water, etc.
