The Eat to Live diet plan promises to people to lose twenty pounds in six weeks. An eat to live sample menu for vegetarians would include baked apple stuffed with 1 tsp cinnamon and 1tbsp raisins for breakfast. For lunch, whole wheat pitta bread stuffed with three tablespoons of Hummus along with a vegetable salad and for dinner its two cups of vegetable soup with one slice of whole wheat bread. Every one is eating to live only. MOre important thing to eat healthy with well balanced diet. Plan a diet with 5-6 meals, include more of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, etc.
