Now eating good food is entirely a personal choice and avoiding junk food requires some will power. As junk food is available everywhere these days and its popularity among the youngsters iis rising it is very difficult to avoid it these days. Butt o avoid junk food you have to first keep a strong determination tat even if people force you will not eat it. Keep yourself always filled with healthy food so you don't feel hungry and fall prey to these junk foods. Keep a handy nutritious snack like fruit or a salad always by you which you can eat while hungry. Even if you eat out seek out for healthier options like sandwich made from whole wheat bread.

It is very important to avoid junk foods to reduce the risk of health problems. Choose healthy snacks like steamed corn, steamed chana, steamed groundnut, popcorn without butter, fruits, vege salads, veg juices, fresh fruit juices, high fiber biscuits, brown bread S/w, egg omlette, egg white boiled, etc.
