Do you want to eat healthy food which can be prepared fast? Yes, there are many quick cook recipes available online; and you can also find quick dish books in any good book store or library. You can have more of salads, and in this way you can cut down on your cooking time and it is the healthiest way of consuming vegetables and fruits without losing the nutritional value. Try to boil, stir fry, bake and microwave your food rather than deep frying. Use more of fresh herbs and spices to add flavor than butter. You can opt for things such as parsley and basil in your cooking.

You mean to ask about fast foods is healthy to eat or not.

NO, Fast food is loaded with calories from refined sugar and fats ,especially, the saturated and hydrogenated fats, which are repeatedly reheated to high temperatures for frying purposes. It is also very high in sodium(common salt) and other additives. Most important fast food is deficient in dietary fiber and essential micro-nutrients like vitamins and minerals. By eating fast food regularly You will get major risk factor like obesity, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, and even many types of cancers.
