It's great that you're looking at water as an option for bringing down your food cravings, without going for energy drinks or diet pills like others do! Water can indeed help you cut down on your food intake, and drinking water is the healthiest way too! Water cools the body down, it does not have any sugar and in this way, no calories, and it can freshen you up and fill your stomach for a bit! Thirst is also confused with hunger at times, so the next time you feel thirsty, try and drink a glass or cup of water. You'll find that you don't need much food, after all!
