    Vitamin A like carrots, Yellow pumpkin, yams and apricots are helpful in curing Acne. But most importantly, acne are caused due to some hormonal imbalance in the body. So, all vitamins and nutrients are equally important for the body.

    No doubt, Vitamin A is powerful antioxidant , helps you to treat acne. Vitamin A prevents free radical damage to your cells which reduce the acne & skin problems. Vitamin A rich foods are carrot, red, yellow, dark green , orange vegetables & fruits.
