Does chocolates make me fat?

I love chocolates (who does not) and eat atleast one small cadbury a day. I want to know if it will make me fat?

    If you are eating this much chocolate then it will definitely make you fat. You need to limit your consumption to couple of squares each day and switch to dark chocolates (if you eating milk chocolates). Dark chocolate will give you many health benefits also.

    Cafberies r very against weigt loss. Even i had bad sweet tooth and always satisfied that with cohocolate. I always wondered even after doing reguler exercise why m I m not losing weight? last mnth I check my cadbery consumption to just 4 squeres frm unlimited piece. I lost 3 kg!!!

    Chocolate contain more fats and sugar, so do eat so much,balance eating not affect on you weight.If you eat lots of chocolates or eat any other high sugar product, then stared runing or exercise for 30 min its prevent to increase in weight.
