Are there any health risks involved in using Dishes Of Food that are not properly washed?

    Yes there is high risk of infection if the raw materials used in cooking are not washed properly. All your vegetables and fruits are grown in soil and handled by many people, by the time it reaches you it will surely be contaminated with bacteria. To ensure that you don't fall sick it is very important to wash the produce. First wash your hands to get rid of the dirt, then wash the produce under cold running water to remove the dirt form it. Store them under refrigeration or room temperature as per storage instruction. Bacteria such as E-Coli can spread from raw meat and vegetables as well.
